DELIVERY METHODS
Orders placed before 2pm (working days) are treated in priority and leave the same day before 3pm.
Average delivery time *:
- GLS or COLISSIMO at home or in collection points: 2 to 3 days
- 3 to 5 days more on average for deliveries outside the EU. (The delay depends mainly on customs services)
- We ship anywhere in Europe and the world.
The shipping costs are freefrom 100€of purchase and in the Euro zone.
*The delivery time depends on the transport providers, we can not commit ourselves on the time.
EURO ZONE - EUROPE (Monaco, Luxembourg...) :
- At home GLS/Colissimo: 6,90 €
- Withdrawal point GLS/Colissimo: 4,90 €
- Free for orders over 100€ of purchase.
EUROPE OUTSIDE THE EU ZONE (Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland...) :
- At home GLS/Colissimo: 9,90 €
- Withdrawal point GLS/Colissimo: 7,90 €
INTERNATIONAL / OVERSEAS :
- At home: 49 €
- ATTENTION FOR AIR DELIVERY: our website does not calculate the cost of transport by plane (Canada, USA, Asia...). For some products with a volume or weight, a surcharge may apply (example: chairs, motorcycle helmets, miniature cars ...). We will contact you by email to propose a quote, if needed.
The customer can place his order with a cost of 49 € proposed by the website. He will be contacted if the cost exceeds 49 €.
