Is it possible to drive the 24h of Le Mans solo?
Today, it is no longer possible to drive the 24h of Le Mans solo. For safety reasons, forced stints have been introduced. But in 1950, one driver managed the feat of driving for 23 hours and 10 minutes. Jean-Louis Rosier formed a duo with his son Louis Rosier. He let his son complete just 2 of the 256 laps. A resounding achievement, since they won this edition with the Talbot-Lago T26.
