Mr. Roland PERNOT, originally from Chaumont, was a projector-designer.
M PERNOT is also a great car enthusiast and it is in the 90's that he started to manufacture two magnificent BUGATTI mini-cars for children
These two replicas have had their hours of glory, to read the "gazettes" of the time (see photo opposite). But they were also the "local stars" during the centenary of the car show in 1998.
