For a return, exchange or refund

1. Make the request via your customer area on the website, by email [email protected] or by calling 06 38 37 54 54.

2. In case of agreement the customer must return the article, with his NAME and FIRST NAME associated with the order, to the address below.

3. As soon as the parcel is received by AUTO CLASSIC PASSION, the customer will be informed of the departure of his new parcel or of the validation of the refund. The sending of the new article is free.


Conditions, exchanges or refunds

1. DEADLINE: The request of return or refunding must be formulated within 15 days as from the day of the reception of the order by the customer.

2. PLEASE NOTE, during the Christmas period, for a BIRTHDAY or an exceptional case, we understand that 15 days can be quite short. If we are warned and the article is in range, we accept returns with more flexibility on the delay.

3. COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The sending of the new article is free.

4. THE AUTO CLASSIC PASSION COMPANY could not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport, it is thus recommended to the Customer to use a service of followed sending. In case of loss or damage during transport, the Customer will have to address directly to his carrier. If the articles are not received at the warehouse, THE AUTO CLASSIC PASSION COMPANY will not be able to treat the return.

5. PRODUCTS : All the products returned by the Customer, must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed by the Customer. They must be returned complete, with their bags and/or labels in appropriate packaging
