RETURNS: EXCHANGE OR REFUND

As soon as we receive your order, you have 30 days to return it.

1. Step 1:

  • Complete the RETURN DOCUMENT, included in your parcel or downloadable via this link.
  • Select Exchange or Refund.

2. Step 2:

  • Place the RETURN DOCUMENT and the items concerned in a parcel, franked by you unless otherwise stated*.
  • Send your parcel to the following address1923AUTOS/AUTO CLASSIC PASSION, 240 RUE D'ARMENTIERES, 59280 BOIS-GRENIER France

3. Step 3:

  • As soon as we receive your parcelyou will be informed of the refund or the departure of your new parcel. The return of exchanged items to the customer is free of charge, except outside the Euro zone.

* Returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of :

  • Product defect (noted within 15 days or on request)
  • The exchange of a leather jacket or shoes (excluding promotional items) delivered in France and specified on the product sheet.

To do so, please send us a request by email [email protected]or by phone +33 6 38 37 54 54. We'll send you a free returns slip. Please note that the return slip is free of charge in the case of an exchange. If the customer wishes a refund, we will deduct a fixed charge of 6.90 euros.

CONDITIONS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS :

1. DEADLINE return or refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order by the customer. During the Christmas period, for an ANNIVERSARY or in exceptional cases, we understand that 30 days may be too short. If we are notified and the item is in range, we accept returns and refund requests with more flexibility on the timeframe. 2. PRODUCTS:

All products returned by the Customer must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed by the Customer. They must be returned complete, with their bags and/or labels in appropriate packaging. Unfortunately, if the items do not meet these conditions and are damaged on receipt, we will not be able to validate the exchange or refund. Thank you for your understanding.

3. RETURN COSTS : Returns are at the customer's expense, except in the case of :

  • Product defect, (observed within 7 days or on request)
  • The exchange of a leather jacket or shoes (excluding promotional items) delivered in France and specified on the product sheet.

4. IN CASE OF EXCHANGE :

  • Please let us know so that we can reserve your desired product or size.
  • If your exchange request corresponds to an item with a different price, we will contact you for a refund or a supplement if necessary.
  • The return (1 shipment) of items to the customer in the event of an exchange is invoiced :
    • Free of charge 1 time, within the Euro zone.
    • 19 euros excluding tax, outside the euro zone
    • 100% of the initially invoiced shipping costs for international deliveries.

5. IN CASE OF REFUND :

  • For orders in France, as soon as we receive your parcel and if your return is in order, you will receive a full refund of your order on the payment method used, within 5 days.

  • For orders outside France (EU and International zones), upon receipt of your parcel and if your return is compliant, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order on the payment method used, minus the cost of transport offered for the first shipment (according to the carrier's price list), within 5 days.

6. PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If the customer does not collect the parcel within the time indicated by the carrier, particularly from a relay point, AUTO CLASSIC PASSION will deduct the cost of sending and returning the parcel from the refund or credit note.

7. THE COMPANY AUTO CLASSIC PASSION cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport, and it is therefore recommended that the customer use a tracked delivery service. In the event of loss or damage in transit, the customer should contact the carrier directly. If the items are not received at the warehouse, AUTO CLASSIC PASSION will not be able to process the return.
